Financial aid applications for the summer season will be available online through your CampMinder account on December 31 and are due January 31. Please note that applications received after that date will be accepted. However, the funds available at that time will be limited. NOTE: Applications received by the January 31 deadline will be notified of the award status by March 15.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you call ahead to determine if your preferred program and session is available. A completed Registration/Agreement form and a non-refundable $100 deposit are required to reserve a space. Please note that requests for financial aid usually far exceed the amount of funds available; therefore we cannot guarantee funds to all who apply.
This application and the calculations we use are based on those used by the School and Student Service for Financial Aid. This is a confidential financial statement. Please base your figures on your current tax forms if available. If not, use your previous figures with any notes attached, particularly of any significant changes. Fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible, remembering to include the amount you feel is available from your sources for tuition this summer. Most funds awarded are partial tuitions. The maximum awards made assume full need but still require a minimum payment of $300.
